Too much disappointment by using this app Too slow and so many technical issues , you guys make this app for overseas remittance so make it easy so much headache to use it even the the easypasa app is better then yours so please spend some money on it thanks

I am overseas Pakistani and now locked out of my app saying that username or password is incorrect even i have been using same login details for last three months, tried contacting help chat via live MCB app, called helpline and called branch multiple times and only option they give me is to call from registered phone or visit branch! How stupid is this that i have to pay 300k to fly to Pakistan and get my account re-activated! We call ourselves IT specialist country in the world and Its 2024 guys come one show some efficiency!

Making a payment to existing beneficiary gives error “Entered information does not match bank record”. The error is resolved if I delete the beneficiary and recreate it. This is painful as you would have to delete and recreate a beneficiary each time you do a payment, couple it with poor OTP system over email (the time of OTP lapses before the OTP email arrive. Please resolve this ASAP.

Not user friendly and a lot bugs in the app. Added beneficiary after more than 10 attempts. Then tried to transfer funds using IBFT, it says app needs to be updated from app store for IBFT transaction. In App Store there’s no update available. Such a useless app with useless customer services.

This is the worst app I have ever used. First it took almost a month to link my CNIC to the app by calling helpline and visiting numerous times to the branch and now when I login to the app it asks for the biometric verification, and when biometrics successfully done it gives the error “Something went wrong due to technical issue” MCB should address to this issue asap.

Big banks need to focus on ease for people I found MCB worst bank ever app crashed and ask every second to login still many function is not working

App just asked me to update, and now its not letting me do anything within the app, cant transfer money or check the statements Error keeps on coming “ System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.” Pathetic app

Hi I’m not sure why I’m unable to login because my mobile is updated but still it’s asking app required update but when I’m going to update my App but it’s nothing to update? Please fix it

App crashes every second day. Most of time, app doesn't even login or gets stuck at login page. So fed up with MCB that I've decided to go with a different bank now

It use to be a good app, after removing JAZZCASH, it’s crapApp. I don’t want to use quickpay or raast, why app wants me to make raast id when I’ve no one to pay or receive on Raast. Add JAZZCASH again please
