Awful app
The app is glitchy. Impossible to perform the most basic task without the need to submit an OTP. And the OTP generated is “invalid” no matted how many times the process is repeated. Absolute nightmare to use!!

Not compatible with Apple iPhones iOS
Everytime Apple updates its iOS this app treats my phone as a new device and locks me out. I have to call helpline to reset and issue resurfaces. The app can not differentiate between same iPhone getting updates and a new device
Very poorly interface and lost saved login always
It’s been ages I am customer of MCB, but MCB never comes up with a stable mobile app neither proper communication to end users. So many glitches and fuss around in the app. Always lost saved login face recognition and have to again and again. Keeps popping up that finger print registration tries exceed the limit but I registered before that and it was successfully done but later that keeps popping up limits excess visit branch for registration. Now it’s simply failing with error we cannot process your request plz try again later and help line suggested remove the app and reinstall the app what a Microsoft solution …
Worst app & Bank
It was big mistake to choose MCB my bank , Worst Online and offline Bank
Keeps asking to update
App keeps asking to update even though I am on the latest version. Deleted and installed the app multiple times with no difference. Disappointed and can’t do online banking now

All efforts are made to update but it keeps on saying install update. No option to defer it. It is blocking the sign in . Cannot use this app. Neither it update nor it allows to sign in.

What’s wrong after recent update it keeps on asking to update the only way is to uninstall and install again, but what’s the point of updating if we have to uninstall and install again?
