MEGA’s strong and secure end-to-end encryption means we cannot access or reset your password for you. You MUST remember your password and make sure to back up your account recovery key, which is used to reset your password. Losing your password and the account recovery key will result in lost access to your files.

What a stupid app, when you transfer pictures, videos to the app or to that cloud, the memory of the app on your phone increases, that shouldn't happen if it's being transferred to the cloud and it's obviously not. And when you transfer pictures and videos, you have to have your phone constantly turned on to the app because otherwise it won't transfer to the cloud. I'm deleting the disappointment from the app right away because I don't need such an app that consumes my phone's memory.....

I've been a member from very start, cant even remember it's been like 13+ years. Nothing beats Mega when it comes to speed, and both iOS as well as Desktop apps. Must have storage app.

Forced to download app
I don't quite understand why would you think it's a good idea to force people to download the app to be able to download some files. This way people are only going to hate you.
not so good
I tried saveving a video to photos while im not logged in. It says that the item could not be saved and I do not know the actual reason. Now I cant know if its the fact that im not logged in or something else. Because I do have enough space on my devide for saving that video. I don’t see what else could be the problem.
Confused
I’ve used this app for so long but the thing i do not get is why does it take up so much space in my phone? I never save files for offline and yet it takes up 6gb. Here it says the size is 100 something mb.
