App won’t delete off my phone! I didn’t even downloaded it , was on a website watching a tv show and clicked an ad and then this downloaded. Known issue? How do I delete

Bugs, bugs, bugs
The app is very buggy. Can’t create a new folder, image previews flicker, they zoom in and out and are very sensitive to touch. Uploads don’t work at all. Some images are not shown, I’m missing about 9 months of my photos backed up that are not shown, they’re hopefully still on your servers. Same for the iPad. I have backed up about 7 TB of data and tens of TBs of spare traffic but I won’t be renewing the Pro II subscription anymore because I can’t access my data. I guess you’ll be losing more business in the future because of your mobile dev team 🫤

This is the worst app I have ever had so many problems and wouldn’t let me sign in
Horrible
Tried to download videos but keeps telling me insufficient transfer quota. This is not even possible as a rarely use the app so the 6 hour wait should be gone
Keep in mind
This app was great it worked so good and lived it for like a month but then i ran out of storage so i deleted everything and it still said that there was mo storage left so i had to log out and log back in. Some days it just doesn't work and u have to leave it for a couple of days. But besides that it is an amazing app with an excellent experience
Sing in problems
Hey, it would be so good for editing like scenepaxks and everything but I can’t sign in to my account or make one and I really need it but it won’t let me do anything like sign in

Slow uploads
When I try to upload a video from mega to my photos it takes too long and I have to stay in the app but on other places like mediafire it is fast. Other then that it’s easy to use and would recommend.
I really like this it really helps with shaders and all
