(Is it possible to give a ZERO star?) Just check my account and notice that there is a revolving withdrawal from my account. It is almost impossible to get help . The app keeps crashing ever time you try to explain your issue. ***** BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT EVEN IF YOUR PROBLEM DONT GET RESOLVED.

Wasn’t able to retrieve my account despite entering all the requested info … I ended up having to create a new profile and all my information was gone . This site does not inspire much trust as it was allowing me to top up without even creating a profile . Was the security to the app breached ?

Unusable due to crashing every time.

Was pleased at first.. but then complications followed.. locking me out.. no record of phone number or email.. but when re registering.. told account already exists.. too many complications now..also tells you you completed your shake and win when you attempt.. a lot of bugs to be fixed

Trying to recharge my phone in order to get a plan. None of those options are available. I tried the web, it says my account is not verified, I resent the code and nothing arrives. I know as much about what’s going on as Digicel. Not good.

If you’re abroad and trying to use this God forsaken app to pay a bill you’re out of luck! Can’t pay a bill through the app! Can’t with online banking, online bill pay. You can’t pay a bill using the internet because Digicel services don’t provide that! These ppl expect senior citizens to travel to a kiosk yo pay physically in 2023! Then they have the audacity to threaten late payment charges when you can’t even pay! On top of that their customer service reps don’t know what they’re doing or how to remedy the situation! Imagine a major carrier in North America not being able to make bill payments. Every kiosk and store would have lines going around city blocks basically shutting society down! Not in the islands tho. Welp I’ll try to travel to Trinidad form Canada to pay a internet bill!

By far! This has to be the worst communication service! They will not respond to emails. You have to go In person to discuss issues regarding billing. Yet when you do go in they have no time to discuss what you came to talk about. They give you a number and waiting 2 plus hours and still your number hasn’t called. Very incompetent people who doesn’t not take there job seriously. I can’t tell you how many emails I have send them and “No response.”

One of the worst app in the App Store. This is how bad it is. Everything you should not do is this app.
