It’s still crashing from 3yrs ago..Vodafone is way better

app is not working been 1 month now.

Annoyingly crashing all the time

Sometimes when I shake it it always says sorry better luck next time

The app has so many issues. Not loading most of the time on the Digicel network! (Unbelievable), very slow respond, crashing consistently, automatic logged out and can’t log back in etc etc I use the Digicel International App to top up because this app is useless and not trustworthy given its current disable states. One star for trying.

This app is not user friendly. I downloaded the app to register number and set up a plan. Unfortunately, I’m unable to create an account nor log in. I keep receiving security txts however unable to access anything through the app. Would be nice if everything worked smoothly. The app doesn’t even deserve a star. Not easy for foreigners to use or register numbers let alone set up a plan

This app is useless crashes all the time I have tried deleting and reinstalling it again but it keeps coming up with error message “The request cannot be fulfilled, please try again later” this is useless.

-5 stars for this app and the network provider, Customer service are rude and they steal your credit.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Terrible app, worked ok for first few months but now won’t open/work. Reinstalled it a number of times but no luck.
