The app is in French and French only! Unusable if - as many of Digicel Martinique customers. boat cruises you don’t speak the language Funny enough is… there is ‘language’ menu in the app settings… all you can choose is: Francois! Other issue is that you can’t manage more than one sim in the app

I have been trying to create an account for the past 30 mins and still cannot.

I will not discuss (my lack of) getting access to the business group upstairs in the office in downtown/center of Bonaire. Nor will I go into the attitudes that are given once speaking to the elusive upstairs bunch. What happened to customer service and a smile. You do want to keep business? Or Maybe Not! Let’s talk about the app. Horrible! The best thing about it is the quickness of the online customer service personnel getting information about your issue(s) but that turned out disastrous after my issue was documented and a reference number was sent to me, I received a message that said, ‘resolved’ when it clearly was not. You cannot pay your bill on the app. When you try, it will not allow. If it is not possible, remove it from the app and let it be an app to keep up with what you owe and your usage. EASY! Or Maybe Not. The amount shown is not updated on a weekly or monthly basis after payment. After making an online payment on the computer, I may get texts about needing payment for weeks after. The data usage is not up to date, if you are trying to stay under a daily/weekly/monthly amount, you cannot base it on what you see in the app. It is not keeping up with date on a daily or every other daily basis. Is that on purpose? Or Maybe Not. It is definitely a great ploy to get more money. If you think you have 1 GB of data but you really have none, you are going to be charged if you use data you do not really have. In this age of technology, this app should not be this prehistoric.

This app is so full of errors and malfunctions that it should not be allowed installed on a perfect functioning device that an Apple Phone is

The app doesn’t even handle the signup process correctly - first it asks for a 13-digit phone number, then for a 14-digit one! Once somehow you manage to sign up (I was advised to enter my number, then erase it and try again…) many functions inside the app don’t seem to work. But it sure does display ads!

Almost as bad as the service

I just downloaded the app and made an account. Immediately after making my account, I tried to log in and it says that there is an unexpected error. I wanted to buy an eSIM but I can’t log in.

It’s just better using the app than dialing the number it’s that simple
