As a postpaid customer of MyDigicel, I’ve faced numerous challenges that have significantly detracted from my overall experience with their app. Despite the sleek and appealing interface, the functionality and support for postpaid users like myself are highly disappointing. Issues Encountered: 1. Account Information Accessibility: I often receive an error message stating “User details not found, please refresh” when trying to access my billing information. This issue persists even after multiple attempts to refresh and update the app, which is frustrating and time-consuming. 2. Lack of Postpaid Support in Chat: The in-app chat feature, which is supposed to provide assistance, is entirely lacking for postpaid account queries. It appears to cater only to prepaid customers, leaving those of us with postpaid plans without real-time support or any assistance through this channel. 3. Inconsistent Service Notifications: The service messages such as “Service Unavailable!” are common and disrupt my ability to manage my services effectively through the app. This is particularly problematic when trying to view critical account details or during urgent service needs. Conclusion: The MyDigicel app falls short of providing an adequate service experience for postpaid customers. The lack of effective customer support through their chat service and recurrent technical issues with accessing account information make it a less reliable tool for managing postpaid services. This app needs significant improvements in functionality and customer support to truly serve the needs of all its users.

Doesn’t allow me to enter my date of birth. Keeps saying error

This app doesn’t even open it keeps saying error when trying to create an account.

I have postpaid and home services. I can’t pay my internet bill and then my phone bill without there being a glitch. The payment for the second bill does not go through. I have to pay them a day apart. Very inconvenient. I appreciate the update where I can get a receipt after paying my bill. But I need to be able to pay more than one bill. Thanks.

This app is a complete joke. For the last three months, we’ve had to go into the store to pay our bill. This app is constantly broken and only occasionally works. Furthermore, because Digicel does not have a way to let you pay online, it means you have to go to a store and stand in line to pay your bill Please get this fixed and get current in your payment methods.
