Wifi connection failed
I have spent many hours trying to connect to my 2.4Ghz wifi network. Despite much effort It fails for “some reason” which is not a helpful message. Robot cleans really well but the app Is a disaster.
Connection woes
Seems kind of stupid that to register the Dolphin, I need to be Bluetooth connected AND connected to my WiFi. My wifi does not reach my pool area….First world problem, I know, but what’s wrong with using the 5G connection on my phone instead of Wi-Fi?
Doesn’t connect
We had this all of last year and worked fine, then as we turned it on this year the app won’t connect to my phone, despite the cleaner working.
Dolphin plus app won’t stay open!!!
I have tried every which way but still can’t get the app to open on my iPhone. I’ve contacted maytronics and where I bought the robot, neither seem interested! The robot depends on the app, no other controls available, and for this reason,I wouldn’t recommend Dolphin robots!!!
Seriously!
After the app recently updated it wanted me to login and register et cetera but when it’s trying to connect to Wi-Fi it drops the Bluetooth connection it then starts off from the beginning only to fail at the same point every single time. how can you release something this broken that costs so freaking much! Machine has eaten its cable twice and it does not work if there is a cover on the pool (The cable is so buoyant it drags on the underside stopping it from reaching the shallow end ) and even after multiple attempts at support from anybody in the company we’ve had nothing I’d avoid buying this, we’re stuck with it now.
Not connecting
App worked fine until the latest IOS update and now doesn’t connect
Pool cleaner
A really disappointing purchase. Complicated to use,difficult to clean and useless at picking up pine needles. A mistake to have bought this brand.
Crashing
Since the last update app is no longer working, It keeps crashing every time I try to open it
Review
The app does not work beyond turning on and off I want it for the manual option but that does not work. Poor so far until someone sorts it
