I love my camera but I bought it since I’m returning to work and it can give me so peace of mind when I’m not home but the app next connects to the camera! So frustrating ! Please fix !!!!!

This camera has been good for a year but with the recent update will not load. I don’t know what the update did but it seems to have completely messed up connecting to both my cameras.

It was working good but out of nowhere I can’t see like the motion notifications

The monitor works great but this app disconnects constantly and I have to rescan the QR code. Motion detection clips only replay half the time, the rest is don’t load properly.

Been having this issue for a while now where you can’t see the recent motion activity. Is there any way to fix this or is this how it’s going to be from now on?

The app is so buggy. It often doesn’t connect to the camera, even though the parent unit will. Sometimes I find the magic combination of clicks that will make it connect, but it is never connected when I open it. It will load and load and load. I can see from other reviews that this is a common problem, but rather than fixing the app, they keep telling people it’s their wifi. Also, if I try to take a photo within the app, it crashes. It’s astonishingly difficult to use this monitor and app and there are few resources online. Very disappointed.

I can’t even list the number of times this year I have suddenly been logged out from this app with no notification or warning. This issue has not been resolved with any updates and also when I elevated this concern to Vtech TWICE I got no response. Although I originally liked the camera I will be replacing and recommending to other moms to avoid this brand - specifically for their teams lack of care or response.

I will say the connection to the app via phone needs work as it glitches sometimes even being right there on WiFi. Minus that I love it. Allows me to check in on the baby and wife when I go to work

Often doesn’t connect to the camera feed in the app. I’ll tap to try reconnecting over and over, but sometimes it will just not show me the video feed of my child. I think any parent can understand how troublesome that can be on several levels, including in regards to safety and the mental health of the caretakers. The screen device that came with the camera always works, but not the app. I bought this expecting both to work.

I just got the camera yesterday just to not realize you have to be on the same Wi-Fi with it for it it to work. We got the monitor so we could ofc watch out baby but we have a problem with people coming into our room and messing with stuff so it would have been nice to see when someone is coming into the room when we aren’t home. I need help. What do I do. I need to be able to look at my camera while I’m not home!!!!!
