I find the app decent, however one thing I wish we had in 2024 is a dark mode for the app. With everything having a dark mode and having it also save battery on our devices I think dark mode would be a really nice touch.

Great robot but because the app is so bad I’m going to have to return it. Worst app I’ve ever seen for these robots. They need to invest a lot more time and money to make it worthwhile. It’s a shame because it takes away from how great the robot is. Unfortunately, the only way to use the robot is by pushing the button on the robot itself and it only allows you to vacuum.

I absolutely LOVE my new Narwal but the app is difficult to use. It needs to be organized in a way that is user friendly. It’s hard to find information (like how to change name of room, etc) The front page should have all of the links to the appropriate pages instead of having the user search high and low for information.

after an update it is impossible to use. cannot even find how to cancel a task. I just want to clean one room first but it does not an option to abort the recent freo mode which is set up automatically to clean all the rooms. it used to be better at least, let you change your task plans. now it doesn’t, which is absurd.

Customer support is a joke. And the app has so many bugs you can’t properly use the machine

Lots of issues with mapping, loading maps, but the robot itself does a great job.

Can’t use app to connect the rob. Useless No one I can contact to fixed the problem, can’t add the map
