You will be frustrated when you need to change your tickets.

it could be good if they would put more effort in it. keep getting all kinds of errors. sent me emails for plane ticket to las vegas abcde when i booked a hotel in georgia. call support because navan is broken and they charge me a fee without telling me.

Unable to zoom on receipts, super buggy. I never thought I would miss Concur.

Love the platform, very polished product, on the simple stuff; Navan definitely has given it a lot of thought. Thank you

I require assistance from an agent when uploading receipts. The AI interface enters incorrect amounts and I’m unable to manually change them. What used to take me 30 minutes in Concur now takes several hours in Navan. The AI assistant tells me to click things that don’t exist. Using a real person to fix things cost me $22. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I’ve LOVED Navan but recently there is tons of breakage. Seems like product is seriously slipping.

I keep getting logged out from the app every few days. And of course their log-in page is not compatible with password autofill, so I have to go back to my password manager and manually copy paste my credentials every time. It’s too bad cause the app is great, but I just gave up and don’t even consider Navan anymore when booking personal travel.

Expense reimbursement requests constantly stuck in limbo. Their automated review system doesn’t work at all.

We have used this platform for 4 months and compared to our previous ‘perk’ app I find this has a long long way to go. Support is an AI chat that is limited / waiting for an agent is even more of a joke / does not have access to all available domestic US flights / for hotel bookings it just a comparison site (in essence) Missing functionality when booking rental cars in US ( with or without insurance ) The biggest frustration I find is making changes - adding a hotel for 1 night - they sent me an email for someone in the hotel / extending a car rental for 1 day - option does not exist / changing a same day flight is only good because the airline allows it Only benefit I see today is the expense that can be submitted and allowing company credit cards for everyone - they rest is not good

These guys are always having issues with their app. There’s always something broken and not functioning correctly. They fix one thing and two more things break and using the app over three years now do you think they would get it straight?
