This program simply does not work as intended. Prices are often marked up versus what is available online, the reporting system does not interact well with quick books and requires significant manual labor to run expensing. I’m consistently logged out and forced to change passwords on various devices. On repeated occasions, I’ve had to work with hotels for an hour plus to make simple modifications to a reservation. There are much, much better options available. Look elsewhere.

Getting much worse for booking travels. There are a bunch of flights that you won’t be able to find and the loading is super super slow. I wish my company did not sign up for it

This is worst what happened to our company. Useless support, price manipulations, and tons of bugs which make this service impossible to use. Our travel operations are now complex and consuming much mire time then ever before. Upd: worst of ever happened to human

The app very easy to use but the service is horrible. The ticket may say refundable with airline credits but when you try to change or cancel the airline won’t accept it. You are better off booking directly on the airline site.

Its so annoying to use the service now. Every change requires navigating an inept chat bot.

Seriously - this app is abysmal. Why can I start booking a flight before my trip is approved or before I have a trip? Why when I cancel a car rental does it remove it from the trip entirely forcing me to make a new trip proposal to get a car back? Why does the virtual assistant bubble cover up the button to accept the terms of service? Why does the virtual assistant keep popping up even though I closed it like 5 times?
