Nerva: IBS & Gut Hypnotherapy

It can look a bit expensive at first but you get the 7 day free trial and it really gives you a good idea. From the first hypnotherapy session I felt a calm come over me, I missed for a long time. I took the 3 months and feel I’m getting more control, less (toilet) stress and my symptoms have improved. Flare ups can happen, it’s not a miracle cure but they are a lot less and I don’t follow any diet whatsoever. It’s helped me a lot, try it !

After trial période no improvement at all and automatically billed for 1 year not amused at all. This is taking advantage of people with an illness.

After having done the 7-day trial I encountered a payment issue (I wasn’t aware that I would be automatically debited at the end of the trial) but Gea from the customer service was very kind, efficient and helpful ! :) The monthly plan ended up to be a better alternative for me. Regarding the content of the app, I have only done 5 sessions but from what I have seen I was very relaxed after each session, although seeing results on our digestion surely do take more time.

Devina was so quick and efficient with my requests and helped go through it. This was by far the best customer service report I had. The app is great.

Very expensive for what it is… The 8 week program sounds promising, but it gets boring really fast. There are much better meditation apps or free meditations on YouTube. Not worth the high price, I kind of regret the waste of money!

Deze app is medisch onderbouwd en heeft gemaakt en meegeholpen aan de afbouw van bijna al mijn medicijnen voor de darmen. Daarbij is het gevoel van de hypnose bijna verslavend. Er komt een heerlijke ontspanning over je heen. Zo ontspannen voelde ik al jaren niet meer. Ik zou het echt aan iedereen willen aanraden. Ook dat je na de 6 weken nog volledig toegang blijft houden tot de app is een groot pluspunt! Een 10 op 10!

L’app m’avait prévenu d’un frais de 2,5€ par semaine pour l’utilisation, mais pas que l’abonnement serait annuel ! Ils ont débité après 5 jours d’utilisation 140€ sur ma carte de crédit alors que je voulais simplement tester quelques semaines. Arnaque …..

I have no doubt that there is a link between our brains and our stomachs and intestines. For me, unfortunately, the stories are too repetitive, simplistic and boring. I have been meditating for years and doing and my breathing exercises every morning. For me this works on a deeper level than cleaning up your garden or clearing the river again.

The service they provide is exceptional. Anne from Nerva was always kind, friendly and supportive, she replied very quickly and solve my queries easily and effectively. I was truly impressed. Thank you Anne! Plus it is a great app and I loved the sessions.

Helpt goed stress te verlagen thuis, en naar een ontspannen lichaamstaat over te gaan, zachte stem biedt veiligheid, kalmte, vertrouwen, cijfers plakken op interne gewaarwordingen helpt niet, maar meegevoerd worden in ontspannende vertrouwensvolle beelden wel. Op verplaatsing werkt het niet, tot hiertoe, …je hebt het ook op verplaatsing nodig, fijn dat je herinnerd wordt onderweg. ik moet wel naar huis terugkeren om oefening al liggend te doen alleen, Op verplaatsing heb ik iets heel eenvoudig nodig , (de betekenis vd woorden in het Engels komt dan niet door tenopzichte v achtergrondgeluid) eenvoudig is vb coherent breathing met visueel beeld, Toch heel blij dat ik dit leer kennen, Engels lezen vraagt veel concentratie, ook de info die je dagelijks dient te lezen inspreken zou nog een groter gebruiksconfort geven. Toch wel fier op deze uitvinding. Dankbaar.
