Every time I login using my phone my iPad disconnects, and vice versa. No setting to switch off light.

I keep receiving the error sdk error 100. I am unable to share devices with anyone. I receive no approval message. I have restarted the all devices and tried different phones and I receive the same error. Thanks

Love the app, use it all the time. All I can’t understand is why I have to sign in all the time? I just quickly want to turn on my AC but nope, username and password first, why? This is not a banking app, my phone is already locked and nobody can steal anything from me by using the app. Please fix. Will greatly improve usability.

Used to work really well with my alexa until it just stopped. Now the skill won’t even link. Please fix ASAP

I get logged out all the time and when I try to sign back in with Apple it always hits me with “The current network is not very good, please check the mobile network.” No matter if I use the 5G WiFi, the 2G WiFi or the phone data. I always end up using my husband’s android or the AC controller. It’s been like a year already and it only gets worse.

The app keeps deleting my split units. I’ve had to add them three times in the past week. Horrible.

Last update broke support for Apple Shortcuts. I'm using iOS 18.2

The last update of 5.26.0 crash and broken the integration and automation with apple shortcuts.

Keeps loosing internet

This app continually signs me out and doesn’t work with apple passwords, therefore I must manually sign in with username and password every time I use it. Not very convenient!
