NetHome Plus

It constantly logs you out and you have to sign in again - many times a day.

It keeps losing login% constantly have to reputable email and pass 😑

My devices can only be used in the Nethome plus’s app, the app fails to connect to Alexia, and IFTT, marking it impossible to automate anything properly.

Cannot give the ac to my partner. Tried with the app. Nothing happens

None excitant tried manually and automatically even reset router and put on 2.4 taken everything of Wi-Fi and still will not connect air con unit ah well back to remote

Was good at first and worked completely fine but all of a sudden, the schedules I set for the air con to turn off will not work anymore, have had times where I have woken up in my sleep and the air con has been on for 4-5 hours when it was supposed to turn off only an hour after I went to bed, have done tests whilst awake and the air con did not turn off

After working fine for 8 months suddenly I can’t log in? Operation failed..

While this generally works well, the latest update has switched the language settings to German! Please fix this.

Integration with Alexa is not always 100%. Ask Alexa to turn on/off the aircon and she says air con is not responding, any routines involving the aircon don’t happen (because it’s not responding) the Alexa app says the accounts are both linked, unlinked relinked same happens. Think this is down to timing of the logging in to Nethome plus which constantly logs you out which is really annoying and no other similar apps seem to do this. If Alexa doesn’t see the device logged in then obviously it will see it as not responding, so the problem is with this app and not Alexa. Pointless advertising Alexa integration when it clearly doesn’t work.

It takes long time to sign in to the app. Can you fix that. Also add darkmode to the app.
