To hire a bike, simply select it, scan the QR code or enter the bike number - then off you go! You can return the bike at one of our stations or anywhere in the Flexzone. Our app provides you with everything you need at a glance. You can easily find the right return location with the map function or manage your customer account. You can also use the app to redeem vouchers, discover news, give feedback, or contact our customer service.
With your account, you can use nextbikes in over 300 locations throughout Europe including KVB-Rad in Cologne, WienMobil Rad in Vienna, Stadtrad Innsbruck, Styr & Ställ in Götheburg, nextbike Berlin, and many more. You can see whether your city is included using the map function in the app or find all the cities with a nextbike system on our website at www.nextbike.de.

Easy To get started. using deals not easy to find
Getting started is easy and there a plenty of bikes around and either bike stations or virtual park areas. Used in Berlin. Only negative is finding how to access the day deals within the App was far to complicated and should be a main heading in the menu. Finally located in menu/Wallet/Tariff. Daily deals are good.

App has a smooth sign-up process; however, I never received a PIN via SMS despite several attempts. Please consider SSO via major platforms for your onboarding. Thank you

Good bikes, great price and generally good service
These guys are doing a solid job at competition to beam and Uber. Bikes are sturdy and well maintained! I don’t think they are electric they maybe but definitely not as powerful as the other companies. With the current promotion you pay $4 for 4 hours blowing the completion out of the water. Only con is the App: it doesn’t state the price only whether you want to rent it. Be much nicer if the app showed the time spent amount spent and distance covered or such. However I am genuinely happy with the company , you guys doing a fab job . Thank you.
