new to this app, but it’s constantly freezing and very unintuitive

Great app, it opens and works fast, is simple and has all you need. Additionally when something with a bike or rental goes wrong, calling customer support from the app works great and is super fast and efficient.

Find it clear and easy to use the app. The balance when set up means can just scan bike and when unlocked go. The price is good too. And customer service answers quick.

Lock handle missing. VERY difficult to lock.

Number exist from the previous 2 apps that were also awful. Pin had been request too often

Never use this facility before, but most definitely will use it again. FABULOUS AND EASY TO USE APP

I used it to get home at a late time. If there is an issue support is superb.

Was fun until I realised where I was going didn’t have an E-bike lock. All stations should have E-bike locks please!!!!

Find bikes everywhere . Most of time in very good state

I’d love to see some Next Bikes on island of Brac, Croatia
