I had an issue with email linked with my frame. Because of i could not use the frame. I wanted to change the email. Maris who is Technical expert from Nixplay team helped me in resolving the issue. I was having issues with a Nixplay frame that was paired to an old account. JD (tech support) helped with the pairing to my new account. It was complicated and not something I could do on my own. JD was great in getting the problem solved quickly. I really appreciate JD’s great customer service.
I worked with the most dedicated tech guy by the name of Martin for the last few days!!!! Although originally, I was frustrated to not receive a live phone call for assistance, Martin worked hard and efficiently to resolve my concerns by email. Thanks to his precise written instructions and his efforts to restore my faith in NIXPLAY I am now a SUPER HAPPY NIXPLAY Framer! Martin!!!! You did good! I thank you and my 94 year old dad gets to enjoy his family photos once again! Happy New Year!
I have Skylight and Nixplay and Skylight is much easier to use. Everyone can upload photos to one shared album— you don’t have to create albums and playlists. Skylight was so easy to set up and have everyone use. I wish we had bought a second Skylight as a gift instead of this.
Wish list: 1) ability to move individual photos from one playlist to another in one step 2) ability to crop or adjust orientation of photos in app 3) ability to “push” any photo to display immediately
When a photo upload is in progress, clicking "view progress" causes the app to completely close/shut down.
I have a frame that my son got me for Christmas several years ago. I have a lot of pictures on it but had not been able to add new pictures for quite some time because my son had originally set up the account and we could no longer remember how to get into the account. I emailed Nixplay for help and got a quick email response from Joe, a senior tech support agent. He had me up and running very quickly! I now can add new pictures and update my frame! Thank you Joe!
