Thank you Joe for helping me trouble shoot in pairing my Nixplay frame to my phone. For those having problem with pairing using their wifi here’s the suggestion of Joe. - Kindly try to forget the network first and then connect the frame to your phones personal hotspot. It should be able to download the needed updates and then display the serial number on the screen. Once the s/n is on the screen you can then pair it back to your preferred account. P1234
