Drains battery
The current version is constantly asking for permission to access other devices in my network. My phone also becomes really hot and the battery drains fast while using the app. There is clearly something wrong and has to get fixed.

Overheating the phone!?
Hi, I noticed and ran a few test with the OCBC app for iPhone that it seriously causes heating up the phone significantly whilst in use. Somehow, the app takes a lot of energy and it’s quite bad. Only 1-2 minutes using the app, and the phone is really hot. I tested it several times and it’s clearly an issue with the OCBC app. The moment I use it, the phone heats up. Using the latest version of the app and iOS 14.1. Please look into this.
Not able to log in
The latest update doesn’t allow me to log in (no error message).
Fingerprint login
Fingerprint login isn't working. App crashes.
Fingerprint scan crashing app
The latest version (March 2015) is making use of the fingerprint scan of the iPhone. Unfortunately the scan crashes the app.
Stupid app
Try almost 1 week to register new account. Always failed at scanning back id. Wtf your system. Wasting my time

Worst Banking app. SingPass login is not working since Nov 2023. Less friendly app, cannot reset password. Not user friendly at all. Might want to take some pointers from SC / DBS.

Bad experience
OCBC really need to improve, I’m a new user and I just applied OCBC but they didn’t give me token key and I can’t use PayNow. The app have a setting for PayNow but it can’t do anything, why OCBC don’t use face recognition or SMS code verification or password verification, or email code verification???? This token key is really extra and troublesome. If I know the system work like this I won’t even care to open!
Why favorites are not customizable?
I know investing can bring revenue to company but why you fix it to the favorite button on behalf and not allow customers to change it?
