This app is super lag
I must say i super hate this app. When I log in, there appears either a white blank page or ask me whether i want to activate one token now or later. If I choose to do it later, a page appears which shows steps to activate one token. This is ridiculous! Why does it even ask me if i want to activate it now or later if i eventually have to do it now??? Besides, those steps are only possible if i have already successfully logged in. That is not all. If i choose to do it now, an otp will be required which will never be sent to me. Then i will have to seek help from their employers. This is NOT the first time! I finally choose to log in with my laptop but bitterly the app is still needed even when i use laptop (one token is still required) I am sick of ocbc. If ocbc want to add one token and app into their system, please handle it well. If can’t, just use access cose and pin instead, like the traditional way, or it might cause such an inconvenience!
