Poor user interface. I could never figure out for transfers, the initial selection should be the recipient or my account. The instructions are not clear as well vs other banking apps

If your IT can’t make the automation nicely, just do it manually, literally wasting people’s time

I like it that it has a lot of function in this that other bank doesn’t have it, like savings goal 😁

One of the most scariest moment is when I checked my account and realised that my account balance can be zerolised !

Want to apply a new account but already try one hundred times still can’t scan the ic. Really stupid app.
