I wish I could give this company zero stars. I rented a car from them and everything seemed fine until it came time for the deposit refund. It has been weeks, and despite multiple calls and emails, I still haven’t received my deposit back. The customer service is beyond unhelpful—they keep giving excuses and blaming ‘system issues,’ but nothing is being resolved. This company is clearly scamming customers. Save yourself the frustration and avoid renting from here. Totally unprofessional and dishonest. Do yourself a favor and rent from a more reliable company.

The worst rental company I experienced. I have been charged €100 after 6 months of rental. When I tried to request for details I spent 2 hours on a call and was just ignored. Would not recomend this service.

I made a reservation via mobile application. very good. I can access reservation information on the website. okay that's good too. But I cannot access my reservation information in the mobile application. :) In the mobile application; - there is only a phone number in the customer service area. I think there should be e-mail in today's world. Especially e-mail addresses of offices should be available. Because customers first want to communicate with the staff in the offices. in the field of okhelp; -There are translation errors. - The answers to some questions are incorrect. that is, answers to other questions. this was not taken into consideration. example fast track. - A request was received in the reservation confirmation area, but there is no notification e-mail. so it doesn't work. I could say a lot more. All of this, in my opinion, shows that test teams, software teams, marketing teams, business development teams are not working well. In short, the application is completely faulty and incomplete.

Buenos precios, pero la app no es nada funcional

Des de mi experiencia con esta empresa, bastante decepcionado por el trato al cliente y como se aprovechan de que estés viajando para cobrarte un seguro que cuesta casi un x3 de lo que has pagado previamente de tu reserva para obligarte a pagarlo y coger el vehículo, ya que tienen ciertas condiciones no explícitas de forma visual en su aplicación siendo engañosa y de trato fraudulento. Francamente total mente decepcionado con este tipo de empresas que se aprovechan de estas situaciones para beneficiarse económicamente.

Pone que es con cancelación gratuita, te cobran, pagas más para poder cancelar, pero no permite hacerlo. Llamas a atención al cliente, llamada con coste, y te dicen que allí sólo puedes contratar. Es decir, engaño. Pierdes el tiempo y nadie te ayuda. Queridos gerentes, el pobre trabajador de atención al cliente está cansado de estar con vosotros. Mejorad urgentemente. Los clientes también nos cansamos y vamos con la competencia. Es un poco más cara, pero no te engañan, y disfrutamos de las vacaciones.

Desde hace unos meses, no deja cancelar reservas hechas por la web. Deberían corregir esto, ya que hablar con alguien de atención al cliente cuesta mucho. Y antes era muy fácil cancelar la reserva y poder hacer otra para otro día. Gracias!

I booked a car in Tenerife through a mobile app and paid for the reservation. To get the car, I had to wait in line for an hour and a half—the service was very slow, even though there were no lines at other rental companies. The terminal did not accept my credit card for the deposit, so they didn't give me the car. Instead, they offered insurance for 300 euros and to charge the amount to my debit card. I refused since the entire car rental was around 100 euros. They did not refund the reservation fee, and they don't care about their customers at all. I strongly advise against using this service.
