OpenPhone: Second Phone Number

I had a very frustrating experience with OpenPhone. I was charged 21€ for a service that I couldn’t even use properly, and despite reaching out for help, my concerns were dismissed. The lack of support and accountability from the company is disheartening. I lost money that could have helped me in a tough time, and I received no reassurance from OpenPhone. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Charged for a whole month but couldn’t use the service.

Love the application for my business use that helps avoid using my personal phone. Love the great features, recording and able to PIN numbers of clients that need following up-calling that need attention.

I’ve been charged 4x from this app and it’s not even giving me access to use its features. I don’t understand why i keep getting charged if I’m not even using the app!!! I’ve reached out to customer support and they’ve been the least helpful. I’ve provided all screenshots and proof of charges and I get hit with a story about how they’re not responsible for the charges being made when it’s clearly states the name “OpenPhone” in my transactions.

We have had OpenPhone for approximately four months. I love the features and ease of using OpenPhone.

When things don’t work, there is no way to contact anyone. You can only submit a ticket online and hope they get back to you. We just transitioned all of our business phone numbers to OpenPhone. It turns out that something was done incorrectly during the porting and now our most important phone number for client communications doesn’t work, seemingly due to OpenPhone’s error during the porting process. We have submitted multiple tickets for this over the last 24 hours and haven’t heard from anyone. My recommendation is don’t use this for anything business-critical as you won’t have any support if things stop working. The app looks awesome and is very intuitive, like something Apple might have designed. But it’s unusable if they leave us hanging when things go wrong with it. We now have no way to communicate with our clients for more than 24 hours in the middle of a crisis and OpenPhone support is nowhere to be found.

Recommend OpenPhone to all my friends as a second line for work or whatever. Might be their biggest fan! Definitely recommend you check it out. 😎

I found this app by accident, not one of the big names for business communication, at least that i knew off from googling. Zoom, dial pad, spruce health, i got them each and first got super impressed by their options and then quickly realized how ridiculously complex it was to set them up and how the most imp part, communicating with clients was like a third priority for these other companies. With open phone, it was off to the races, setup was simple in 10 mins. My account is under my personal name but i wish to change it to business. Other than that it is great!

Too good

Very good product. Amazing for managing multiple phone numbers. Has all the features you’d expect.

I am dealing with bots, no real support which is ironic… I know. I guess I’ll continue looking elsewhere
