Useless client service. Difficult to contact them. Dishonest service. Was charged 80 euros for a no show but I went to the restaurant I booked. This is absolutely scandalous and a total scam.

Gebruik app voor eerst maal, woon in Gent, vraag restaurant in Gent uiteraard, en zie alleen resultaten, en steeds dezelfde restaurants ( betalen waarschijnlijk het meest ) uit Brussel en Antwerpen?????? Wat voor zever

I had a dinner with my wife. I booked my table weeks ago. They installed us where it was the colder possible. We complained and changed our table. Food was ok. When we left we complained about the service and due to the fact it was so cold. The manager did not seem to understand and he said that we were (supposed to be) difficult customer and that he did not want to make any effort for us !!!! Service is very very bad and manager does NOT care about you because the restaurant was crowed .... how many time will it be like this with such a bad experience ??
