OpenTable: Restaurant Bookings

The app is of no use when it comes to making any changes…super frustrating! I am a visitor with an international phone n it insists only way I can modify is by calling a restaurant locally which means expensive international call for me! Even a kid can create a messaging app if that’s the whole purpose of what your app can do n limited to!!

Most of the new good restaurants are not available on the app!

Though finding and scheduling is great but then trying to reserve is a different story. Verification code and verification code. Lately I just use the app to see what’s available then call the restaurant direct.

They have changed their menu and a place that we used to enjoy has become a place we will not return to. It’s really a shame. We have been eating there for 20 + years we it’s the same menu and in one menu change they have ruined it for us.
