OpenTable: Restaurant Bookings

Elke keer als ik in New York ben gebruik ik deze App en vind ik verrassend goede restaurants

Been using Open Table for years all over the US and sometimes in Europe too. I don’t like to plan too much ahead as I want to see where the day takes me. Open table has helped me find fine dining on the go so I still get to eat excellent food last minute. I do book in advance as well and the ease of the app with my info all set makes it so less stressful.

For the one occassion I have used this, I cannot delete my account. The button in the app returns an error and the website has no easy option to delete my account. This is a violation of the Europe GDPR law.

It is not working at all, every time it says something wrong with the communication!!!!!!!

As long as the restaurant does not cancel the booking the app works fina. But I cannot leave a review if the restaurant (Trestle in San Francisco) cancels my booking one day ahead of my reservation. Here the app should allow me to leave a review to inform other about this restaurant being unreliable and disappointing.

I think will be nice if you do not have to wait not only when you have to pay, but also when you ordering a meal. Also, nice to have pictures of menu items. Filter to find lactose, gluten, etc food will helps a lot. Why not integrate with some delivery service? So I can order food from any restaurant nearby?
