The content is great but unfortunately the user interface needs some work, it needs to use more colours and better use of space, just take LDOCE as a reference which does an excellent job because it succeeds of differentiating each section almost looking 3D. In OALD you get lost very soon because it looks too plain

I already purchased 4-year full access to OALD some time ago. But recently I lost my phone so I have to log in again in my new phone. My ID was right but then it said "Connection Error"? What's wrong with that? And why can't I enter my account? Is my money all gone? Fix the problem please...
