Error

The app has an error. It occurs every time I open another window, when I get back to the dictionaries the word search doesn’t work so I have to close the app to start again, it is pretty annoying and I am paying for it. I need a solution or I will ask for a refund.

Yo compré los tres, Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary Oxford Collocations Dictionary Oxford learner’s Thesaurus También: Oxford learner’s Grammar Y el Practical English in Use y todos han desaparecido y no dejan que te lo puedas descargar. Suena muy mal, espero una solución. No os suscribáis, porque te sientes engañado. Por favor, necesito una solución

Compra antigua ahora requiere suscripción

Compré este diccionario hace muchos años. Ahora tengo un nuevo iPhone. Si quiero instalar este diccionario, me piden suscripción porque ya no permiten descargar el diccionario de la versión antigua totalmente pagada. NO OS SUSCRIBÁIS, hay otros diccionarios.

Connection Error?

I already purchased 4-year full access to OALD some time ago. But recently I lost my phone so I have to log in again in my new phone. My ID was right but then it said "Connection Error"? What's wrong with that? And why can't I enter my account? Is my money all gone? Fix the problem please...

OALD 9 cannot be downloaded on new devices

I bought a new phone and re-downloaded OALD 9 but it kept showing an error which prevented me from downloading it.

No free no use 🤡.They allow me to download it for free but I have to expend money for looking up words whereas I can do it on the Internet for free????

Cannot restore purchased

I bought the OALD and still can use in my iPad but cannot restore purchased in my iphone with same Apple account. Please help.

Don’t believe this app

I bought the right for having access to the Dictionary for 4 months. However, I was not allowed to get access to it just after 9 months. And this is the second time they cheat me.
