The app is unresponsive. It's unfortunate that such great content is being rendered completely inaccessible. You keep hoping that eventually someone is gonna put the cattle on but then you recall how difficult it has always been to obtain a paper copy as well and you stand petrified facing such a crime like treason that no one else is calling out but you.
I purchased this app a while back but it’s no longer available.
I have been using this app for a while now and have found it to be quite resourceful and user-friendly! However, it keeps crashing intermittently which results in loss of favourited words which is extremely disappointing. It needs some bugs to be fixed in the system.
I have been using this OALD app since long and purchased through Apple Store subscription. Well tragedy is after auto-update my subscription is gone and I am no longer able to access full dictionary What a bummer!
Can I purchase OALD for one time payment
I did pay around $45 for my iPhone; I did pay about $45 for my desktop computer. I did pay three times for upgrading the app, each $17. Then Oxford cancelled supporting iPhone and offered a few years free of charge until 2024. Today Oxford cancelled my subscription. What a big shame for Oxford! I’m going to use the Longman dictionary instead.
I love this app so much and have been using it very frequently during my work and study. It has a lot of excellent features. But only one thing has been upsetting me recently. The app crashes very often. I wondered whether other users had such issue as well. Can you please fix this? Thank you!
I bought an oald and u give me a code to use premium in a year Then i signed up But now i can’t sign in on My ipad What happened!?
While the app is very good and useful in itself, it is so disappointing that there is now a subscription model instead of one time purchase. This affects Apple’s Family Sharing as in-app purchases do not qualify for this feature. Truly disappointing and annoying.
I purchased the app of oxford advanced learner’s dictionary for my Iphone on Aug 09, 2015. Since i changed the password of my Iphone two days ago, I am not able to use the app. I called the apple support and they encouraged me to contact you to fix the problem. I enjoyed using the app, but I am so upset because I am not able to use it when I need most. Please help me restore the app. I appreciate your support by responding to my inquiry.
