This subscription model is not going to work.

I have bought OALD since version 8 to 9, both of them are permanently purchased. The price of them are similar to 4 years subscription of OALD10. I would say that I prefer search the meaning of words in website than paying a subscription model like this. And I don’t think that it’s a fair price for customer if compared the value that the app is given.

Can’t restore my one year subscription

I subscribed for OALD, now I can’t use it, I tried to restore my subscription but it doesn’t work. Any idea how to fix it? Support teams?

Disappointing

The only reason I bought this version is because of some newer words and the classification of words into A1-C2 levels. Sadly, the app performance is appalling! It just keeps on crashing over and over. The previous version is much more stable and it looks and feels much better to use.

The music stops when opening the app.

The music stops when I open the application. I have to resume the music again.

Can not restore version 9

Looks like a lot of people have the same problem. Perhaps this is intentional?

Cannot restore the purchase

I am just back to IOS and trying to retrieve what I have already bought. But, When clicking on the “restore purchase”, it is just nothing. Please kindly advise.

I wonder for old version

I look for OLAD version 9 which cannot download them but i have paid them already, how can i get it back?

Connection Error?

I already purchased 4-year full access to OALD some time ago. But recently I lost my phone so I have to log in again in my new phone. My ID was right but then it said "Connection Error"? What's wrong with that? And why can't I enter my account? Is my money all gone? Fix the problem please...
