Room service only shows hotel shop Can not book a table for lunch or dinner to all the restaurants where reservation is required. Entertainment does not show what’s available for the week. Can not book included excursions. Can not book included spa services

Concierge chat doesn’t even work. The operator from the hotel room is useless. Don’t know why they make a non-functioning app. Definitely not a luxurious experience.

The app is great and all but I can’t find the pillows at all

It’s nice for service like towels or soap, etc. but glitchy and slow at times. I wish we could send feedback about each staff member without starting over and inputting them all separately. It wouldn’t let me input out date and time for bag pickup. Sometimes it got stuck when it found a time slot at a restaurant but then wouldn’t allow for selection even though it showed it was available…

I checked in yesterday and still can’t get the app to work. Would be nice if it actually worked 😩
