I can’t get the app to work at all. Hopeless.

Absolutely amazing place with loads to do. The room was fantastic with a hot tub. The restaurants were superb and food delicious. Really enjoyed Cusco and JC Steakhouse such a lovely place highly recommend

Terrible as it won’t load - keep getting spinnning wheel at everything I do. Only worked once for me when I put in my passport details, after that can’t access any restaurants, excursions etc useless app!

We usually book a 14 day holiday, either 2 individual weeks or 10+4 days which means Palace Resorts give us two booking references Problems arising with app 1. Unable to see full account status billing, full resort credits and activities/ spa treatments for the whole 14 days in one go 2. At the end of the first part of our stay everything associated with that stay gets deleted from the app. All that gets carried over to the other booking is the existing Billing statement .our activities that were Pre booked activities/ spa and our transportation booking for that period disappear!!!! Other problems are our left over resort credits from the first period disappear even though we have obtained agreement they can be used in the second period. Oh and our band door key gets turned off at transition even though they tell us it is programmed for the full two weeks!!

Arrived Tuesday 13th Sept and it feels as if we never left two (long) years ago, the C-19 interruption has now lifted and it’s great to be back, many of the “old” staff are still working at keeping the customers happy - more home than hotel.

Apart from the fact I see my booking plus someone else’s (who has the same name as me) which is terrible to start with. Almost every option I do results in the spinning wheel of doom before nothing happens. It defaults to another hotel each and every time I open the app. Plus I can’t check in before I travel, it says I have no profile. I’ve given up with this joke of an app. Actually saddens me that this ever passed any kind of testing.

I carelessly put in wrong details of other guests, tried to amend the details, could not do this. Frustrating .

Useless app, totally unfit for purpose. And you end up missing events and entertainment because you don’t know what is happening any day or anytime. Very disappointed.

The resort is amazing. This app is not. Very glitchy. Has the potential to be great.
