Printful App

Great idea but i had to restart my design 3 times as the platform crashed and nothing was saved.

The most incompetent customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with! The simplest of amendments take weeks to address, you end up spending day upon sorting it yourself, without the internal tools and contacts to do so! Won’t address formal complaints to address it. Save yourself the hassle and use another company!!

There are no seller capabilities on the app. You have to go through desktop to get anything done. The only thing you can do on the app is check orders and make an order from scratch.

So unintuitive! As if not optimised for iPad. No undo feature! Getting the basics wrong here. Will stick with designing in Canva.

Find it hard to see my own products on this app in comparison to the desktop version

Just ordered a T-shirt as it said 3-5 Day delivery, but it came 2 Months later. And it smells like poo and had food stains on the T-shirt for some reason, DONT BUY!!!

Very good for business but only downfall try withdraw money didn’t send it back to my bank account

I cannot add two products to the same basket! Tried by clicking the "add another product" option from the basket, customise an object and then it takes me to a basket with only the first item in it. 6 attempts and still no joy... Very frustrating

The app is great in the sense you can track sales etc but every time i try to creat product templates to later add to my store, the app treats them like personal orders and wont let me create and store the same way the mobile site/webpage does. If that can be fixed it’d be perfect.
