Did not get service in Japan for carrental. No help in translating, no direct contact… avoid this company. They promise ‘excellent customer service ‘ … you are on your own as soon as you need it. No refund, no suggestions of any compensation… noting. Never wil I do any business with them. Avoid, avoid,…avoid

We were waiting for 2 hours and we decided to stop to wait !! The queue were still very long 🙈🙈🙈

Absolute garbage! Once you check out, after paying the most expensive insurance that supposedly “covers everything” once you pick up the car, you still need to pay for third-party liability. A rental that was supposed to be 99 ended up being 300!! Do not use!

The need for $300k coverage is absolutely insane!!! To rent a car worth 20k. Obsurd

Payless's service is excellent.Easy to find the Payless's location.The car of Payless is good.

The $1 deal is a crock. You still obligate to pay the full price you just have to pay the rest later. There are many other options out there where you don’t have to pay to make the reservation.
