This would have too be the most disfunctional app I've ever had the challenge of using.

I was digging through websites looking for a good deal for a rental car. Visiting family in Brisbane and too many of us to travel together. All of a sudden a great deal ‘pops up in search. An MG for really good price and could pick up in the hour. .. booked went all the way into airport pickup for “Bargain Rental Cars” to be told to them ‘they do not have our booking. It only got worse from there. - while in person there trying sorting out Bargain Car Rental gave out their last car.. they just shrugged and said it’s 3rd party No care of effort to fix it. - QEEQ rebooks another rental but at a different car rental, ACE rentals AND at a higher price AND not with same insurance.. we went from $0 excess to a car with $4500 excess - at this point Two payments for Two rentals have now been taken, dropped off but no ride home no rental car given. Misleading as it’s a con to book a great deal car prevent us from just going with the leading rental companies as they had no intention or possibility in delivering what was booked. It should be taken to consumer rights. Take payment for a booking only one hour away then never complete booking as they take three days to confirm with third party. That and also making a second booking without our permission at a higher rate and without telling us they changed insurance conditions. Hate to think if we accepted the second booking needed to make a claim then sacked with $4500 excess when we expected $0. Third party delays and no sense of responsibility or accountability. No customer service to a standard worth having. Never again.

If you want to sign in with your email address it sends a link to your email to verify you. Think link opens up on the web browser (not the app) and doesn’t allow you to sign in…

As a broker to identify best value car hire options QEEQ is excellent. However the App is slow, too many steps to access key info, and constant stream of irritating pop ups advertising diamond membership, referral to friends, etc make for the low overall rating

I use my credit card to pay for a reservation. And the reservation is not confirmed instantly. How come you asked my credit card and the you can’t confirm a booking ?

I was a bit dubious about using this site. Customer service on chat was great and the whole process was easy. Good value!

Rubbish system, refunds and cancellation process is a nightmare, customer service gave zero f$#ks about my questions and issues. Can’t do anything about cancellation and amending bookings online and directs you to get app, which then doesn’t work and directs you to call Centre who was completely unhelpful and didn’t seem to want to be on the other end of the phone. Unfortunately App Store doesn’t offer ability to award 0/5 stars otherwise that’s what it would get.
