Unprofessional
Had a booking this morning at 09:00 with Avis through QEEQ. They had sent an email at 08:50 about changing the itinerary and booking it with Sixt. The car was 400€ more than the original booking price for 3 days. Even though I had booked everything before such as premium insurance, cross country fee, all that was void and had to pay all again through Sixt. Absolutely outrageous and highly unprofessional to send this last minute change 10 minutes prior to arrival and pick up time. My suggestion to all users is to avoid this and go directly through car rental company. It may be a bit pricier but you won’t at least have a situation like this while you’re waiting at the airport with your family frustrated and already late for the things you had planned.
