My kind suggestion to everyone is to apply in online. It probably take 4mins to apply.This app easily guides everyone step by step. In case if have made any mistake u can also call them so they will guide you.

Worst App. Very difficult to find Railcard and getting the OTP. Wish things would have been simple in this country. Every beggar things he is the boss.

Very simple to use & economic way to travel.

It throws validation error on 1st field when I was validating my international(Nepal) passport while registering despite of giving correct values.

The fact that you can buy a railcard any time of day or night is a boon in itself. However, considering that two people are involved, they should make sure that a copy of the card is kept with both. This way if one of the Phone runs out of juice there’s always the other one

The process for renewing is so clunky - I need a digital download key to activate the card but your portal doesn’t have a mobile device associated with this digital railcard. Having renewed digitally over the last few years, I can honestly say that it is one of the most onerous and logic-defying processes I’ve ever encountered. The instructions are poor and links do not work. As a consequence, I still don’t have any way of accessing my new card.

Like everything done online there are too many terms/conditions & restrictions to read before buying a network railcard, as I’ve now found out the hard way because train travel across England is not joined up & there is no set price or standard to go by I would not buy a network railcard in the future & would advise passengers to steer clear of it in the future. VERY DISAPPOINTED, UNHAPPY & I WOULD ONLY GO BY TRAIN IN ENGLAND IF I HAD NO OTHER OPTION and that includes using our off-road tracks that are classed as roads/motorways
