Great app, great people
Hello everyone, I’ve been following the plan for 2 month and I lost 2,5 kg out of the 3 I wanted to lose. I travelled for job 12 days and I managed to stick to the philosophy and I lost 500 gr, drinking 2 gin tonics and some wine as well. I follow the meal plan but if I have leftovers, like today, I make salads following the rules. I am 54 and in perimenopause: I feel much better and I find very soothing the idea that if you don’t stick to the rules … it’s not the end of all!! Thanks a lot to all the people at Reverse Health
