RH has really made a difference in my life! Already after two weeks I realized my general well-being had increased; my mood, my sleep and my energy levels were improved and more stable. After 10 weeks in the program I have reached my weight goal - I have reduced my weight by 10%! But I realize now that RH is not only about the weight, it’s about health in a much wider sense. I feel so much better in my body now.The tracker function in the app did the trick for me. It was easy and fun to follow the meal plan and log water intake, weight, exercise and daily steps. The recipes are delicious and filling, I really enjoyed the workouts and the friendly and supportive Facebook community. I’m happy to recommend this program to other women!
