I cancelled on the same day I downloaded the app. They kept on charging me for months and when I raised a dispute through PayPal, they conveniently deleted my bot chat asking to cancel & told PayPal they can’t delete their messages. Very clever scammers. Waste of time & money.

The hoops you have to go through to cancel your subscription are horrendous!!! I thought I had cancelled my subscription but I hadn’t gone through all the hoops so I just got pinged for another’s year’s subscription out of the blue

Finally excepted an offer to try this program after i was hounded on Instagram. I turned down the 12 month deal and the six month deal and accepted the pay weekly deal, which was dearer. Then at checkout, was offered a discounted fast food e-book. I kept trying to skip this stage, but couldn’t proceed on sign up unless I added it to my cart. I did this thinking I could remove it at checkout, but was charged for the book in US dollars which was not made clear upon signing up. Luckily I paid via PayPal and when I went into my account, I saw I had been charged not only in US dollars but also a lump sum price for membership which at no stage prior to payment, was it summarised or made clear that’s what I was accepting. I managed to cancel this transaction through PayPal. Seriously, consider this before accepting any offer from this crowd. It seems I’m not the 1st to complain.

Only saw the other reviews as I was downloading the app and now I am $220 poorer! An expensive lesson to learn!

Trapped

This company is running an elaborate scam. The ‘program’ is a bog-standard calorie deficit diet with some beginner level exercises. You get a small number of mediocre recipes. When you sign up it looks like you’re going to pay weekly and can cancel anytime but then they take the entire 6 month (or whatever term you chose) out all at once - It was US$72 for me. Then it’s almost impossible to get a refund from them. I asked for one on the same day that I bought the plan because I immediately saw that it wasn’t suitable for me. They say you have to use the plan for 14 days then they’ll refund you if you’re not happy, but they ask you for a bunch of ‘evidence’ that you’ve used the plan, including photos of every meal you’ve cooked in those 14 days. Check out their trustpilot reviews (a large amount of the 5 star ones are fake). So many people have been caught out by these scammers.

The food tracking food list does not have any of the brands of food we use in NZ. This makes it extremely time consuming to try and work out your calorie intake. I’ve asked for a refund and they are saying I have to use it for two weeks - but it doesn’t work!!! The online support is terrible - first they say that a technical issue will warrant a refund then tell me I have to use it for two weeks!! Just refund me as your app does not work in my country!
