I learn to love cooking
I joined just a month ago, with just a few lbs down but the best take back from this app is that I learn to appreciate food and how to prepare them. They have a wide variety of menus to follow. It’s not overly restrictive. Especially the food swaps feature is what I enjoyed most. Thank you. Hoping to lose more.
Great program great support
I lost 4 lbs in my first week hoorrraaayyy! What I like about this program is I don’t feel deprived from food at all. Their customer service is also very responsive and efficient. I like that theyre open 24/7. I have someone to talk to whenever I’m tempted to open my fridge in the middle of the night. Yay! Thank you Reverse health! ❤️
