Ok so I am literally obsessed with this app, I use it e times a day and sometimes even more if I have a direct problem I wanna solve and this app is amazing. Just like they promise, there are zero adds and everything on the app if focused on u and things that will benefit u and not getting money. They also have a premium which is mega worth it and I love this app and have been using it fir almost a year and adore it.

This is really the best journaling / logging app I’ve tried because it feels very human. It really feels like there was someone behind it crafting the prompts and the experience to be up to a specific standard. Everything about it is pleasant to use and I’ve felt that it comes natural for me to pour myself out in my journals without any second thought. The trends and the word cloud are a very nice touch too!

Stoic. has a user-friendly interface and takes you through Stoic philosophy at a comfortable pace, throwing in some CBT goodness along the way. With engaging exercises and progress tracking, it's like having a friend in your pocket, nudging you towards a more balanced mindset. The check-in reminders are helpful and provide me with an opportunity to take a break in my day and reframe my mindset. The library of jornal presets are very good and guide you through different ways of thinking. Some may see the cost as too high, but honestly this is not the most expensive subscription amongst other apps. Keep in mind this app is not a replacement for therapy, but it is a very good companion.
