Bugs out a bit
Bugs out, screens dont load intermittently, certain functionality missing that the web version has. Disappointed to not have the full capability via the app and then try to load it in my browser on iPad Pro 12.9inch running ios16.5 and I get an error on the web page saying that I cant load the desktop version or the mobile version, and need to use the app. Fix the app pls.

This is a handy, on-the-go app for Salesforce that gives me all I need on my phone while not at the computer.

Yeah good one
issues with submitting notes
I have frequent issues with submitting notes or incident reports. This app is very easy to use but sometime written notes just disappears saying something went wrong when you try to submit. Please fix this issue devs.
Slow, sluggish and crashy
This app is slow, sluggish and crashes regularly. This makes it very difficult to use when on the go and trying to fill in information as you go.
Uninstalling every other day
Too much going on with this as its so slow and every other day it locks up and the only option I have is to uninstall and download again. Painful
