SAP Concur

This Concur is almost useless, very buggy and not user friendly.

Hieno uusin päivitys, ohjelmasta kadonnut päivärahojen syöttö. Tärkein osa koko sovellusta ja nyt koko toimintoa ei ole. Toivottavasti sovelluksen kähittäjät tajuaa tämä kämmin ja osaavat korjata

There is no justification for making a tool this bad - the biggest time waster I’ve ever used. Whoever designed this should be sent to rehab on usability and user friendliness and then once more, and once more again. Concur is cryptic, illogical, incoherent. Literally the worst tool I have seen - there’s no beating this.

Muuten antaisin viisi tähteä mutta syyskuussa alkoi että ei voi hotelli kuittia laittaa ipadillä koska ilmoittaa tuntematon kululaji ! Eli pitää aina hotelli kuitin kohdalla aukaista tietokone ja laittaa sitä kautta kululaji . Tästä ongelmasta olen yrittänyt saada yhteyden app ylläpitäjään tuloksetta

Ei uusin versio toimi oikein kannettavassa tietokoneessa. Matkalaskut pitää tehdä I-padilla.

Harmittavasti uusissa versioissa on poistettu ruokailuun osallistujien lisäys ja joutuu avaamaan verkkoselaimen, jotta ne saa lisättyä. Aikalailla turhaa työtä.

Ainakin nykyään löytyy Suomen päiväraha ja km-korvaukset... Ulkomaiset hotellikuitit voi ottaa monisivu-kuittina sisään vain kuvia napsimalla. Reissussa otan kuiteissa kuvia ja ne menee automaattisesti firman luottokorttiriviin liitteeksi. Joskus pitää kuitin tietoja oikaista; esimerkiksi ravintolat ja taksit ei tallennu 100% oikein. Mutta lentokentän parkki ja muut useimmin käyttämäni paikkojen kuitit menee nykyään kokonaan oikein. Meillä firmassa on puhetta, että siellä olisi joku toiminnallisuus millä saisi km-korvaukset automaattisesti träkättyä bluetootilla. Sitä ei meillä vielä ole mutta helpottaisi aika kovasti jos nekin sinne ruksuttaisi näpyttelemättä. Paras tämä on sitten kahteen edellisissä firmoissa käyttämääni varaus-tai matkalaskusysteemiin verrattuna. Yhden matkatoimiston värkkiin oli salasana kirosana kun oli niin p... syvältä. Vähän väliä piti varata soittamalla kun ei toiminut. Moro.

Very easy to use, saves a lot of time when travelling or expensing something.

I have a expense that is found from my company credit card transaction list. I need to attach a receipt which is on two A4 pages. A normal hotel expense receipt. But do you think your app is smart enough to take a simple photo of these two pages an attach it to the expense. Or smart enough to allow me to do so. No instead it analyzes each page separately and creates new expense. So now i have 3 translations of the same expense where one also has the wrong value 35 dollars instead of 333.25. The value shown on all pages of the receipt. So suddenly having triplicates of one single expense where one has the incorrect value i try to delete two of the expenses and remain with one correct expense transaction. Im doing this on the computer. Which resulted in me deleting the one that came from the credit card. Now then the expense report cannot be submitted as it’s missing the credit card transaction. This happens the last day before my vacation I have spent 8 hours trying to make a correct expense report where 7 hours have been spent on one single expense. 8 pm in the evening before leaving on my vacation i leave my work place without being able to receive my money from my company at the moment they are as most needed. You stupid smart receipt system is not able to handle each possible scenario of receipts. Furthermore you have a logical error, a receipt is not equal to an expense. Therefore a receipt is not a expense at all. A receipt is only a receipt of a expense or transaction, and it can be divided into separate parts and each part can expend over multiple pages. All i needed to do was photograph the receipt and attach it to an existing expense. And this new version is unable to do so. Causing me to not be able to receive my due money during my vacation. Causing me to be unable to submit my expense report. Try to get things right and don’t try to be too smart. Remember KISS, keep it simple and stupid. I did enjoy using this app before the ridiculous smart receipt. 😡🤬☠️👺👿🤢🤮🤯💀

Version 9.36.0 is 100% unstable on iPhone 6S with iOS 9.3.5. Crashes on app start, haven't found any workaround. Recommend not to upgrade to this release.
