SAP Concur

The app is getting slower after the later updates. Even running on iPhone 15pro it’s very slow. Also it would be good if there would be an opportunity to work in flight mode. Not submit but at least upload receipts and edit info while you are on the go

You can’t change the name when you use the copy claim function even though you still can name the new copy they all end up with the name “copy of (what ever you called the original claim)”

Lacking the feature to print the report. We (as many) require both receipts to be sent in, along with a report showing all the cost centers and such. Just sending in reports won’t do it. HR needs to know where they belong.

Den senaste versionen suger fett. Omöjlig att navigera i och helt oanvändbar då den inte synkar med servern. Den åker ur telefonen bums. Kör webbversionen istället. Gör om gör rätt!

So, taking a photo of receipts works ok, with a decent workflow. Booking a trip using this app is nothing short of just painful. I doubt anyone developing this has any understanding of user experience etc. God it’s awful.

Can’t enter exchange rate - removes all decimals. Expense capture is almost useless. Lots of annoying additional button presses, example; when changing a receipt and then sending to a report (must save first and exit receipt, open again and move to report) And possibly worst of all, the AI engine guessing data on the receipts. Utterly useless. Fex; picking up the correct currency (Denmark) but at the same time assuming the city is Washington DC resulting in warnings that the selected currency is wrong for the city while in the expense report. As there is no apparent improvements reaching this app, my strong advice is to stay away from doing any business with SAP Concur

I travel extensively, so I need recipets into expenses, but this app always logs out when there is need to use it. The login period is so short that I have to buy an offline ocr app ,just to store receipts overall. 2 stars

Går inte att logga in, verkar inte lira med företagets microsoft authenticator system. Lika bra det för brukar ju vara obegripligt svårt när man väl är inloggad ändå….ekonomiavdelning får ta ett kuvert med kvitton istället 👎

Have can Concur user experience still be around in the 2020s. I have never come across such poor execution.

Really poor user experience, and this from a frequent business traveler working in a multinational company that uses Concur. The interface is terrible compared to desktop! Used to be much better, and not sure what went wrong.
