Not able to update the apps

Approved Expense Still Shows Pending Approval at home screen. The status should be refreshed and updated.

don’t understand people who wrote its nice, easy, good . this is the nightmare, very old, not user friendly. im working in my company many ears and unfortunately they use this system. for these years no updates, nothing. still old. run of it if you can.

Did the function to take photos automatically disappear? It was able to take multiple pictures then ask if they should be one receipt or separate receipts

Why does this latest version lose auto-sizing of receipts, frequently used currencies, and generally seem to take several more clicks to file an expense than the prior version? It went backwards.

太多step不容易操作

Every the app update, all the expense record (not yet submitted) would be disappeared

Always a nightmare with corporate login, you never know whether you set a valid password or not(no mention on success or invalid) , then u get a few try and get locked. No way to unlock but to wait for 24hours

Had been using many different T&E solution in the market. So far, the best easy to use and navigation I have seen is Concur. No need to get help from anyone to do the claim and book the flight or hotel.
