The worst experience EVER!
The app manipulated me into buying tickets separately because i wanted to book 2 different types of tickets. But after buying 1 ticket it increased the price drastically. Even when the tickets of the same price class was available. I know because it gave me the option to book 2 new tickets with the same (old) price. But to do that I had to buy 2 tickets. Customer service didn’t help or try to understand me at all. They instead hung up on me after I waited 2 hrs in queue to talk with them and described my issue to them. Very bad service and I know that writing this won’t help either. This is such BS!
