Start app. Demands update. Refuses to update. Remove and reinstall. Doesn’t recognize password. Reset password. Doesn’t recognize the new password. No more SAS app for me.

I have several issues with the app. Things won’t load properly, and often when I press a button to perform an action the app will not respond.

I love the new app design! It was long due. One small problem only; my iPhone is on lockdown mode and I was not able to process a payment in the app for food during my flight.

Wat a terrible piece of s… First you HAVE to sign up for their bonus program, entering all your personal information, in order to even use the app. Then I want to add my booking (to get my boarding pass on my phone) so I enter name and bookref. Apparently it can’t find my booking. Great. So now how do I get the boarding pass? Wat a bad start: SAS, you have to do better than this.

My flight was cancelled and I was sent to a bus to take my flight from a different airport. We are standing in the cold for hours now waiting but the bus doesn’t arrive and we have zero clue when it will come. I want to get a full refund but it’s not an option. Customer service is only available by phone but no one replies. Airlines need to stop holding people accountable for their poor management and working conditions of their staff. Next time it’s the bus for me!
